Whether you are a driver on the road at all times or you simply drive to and from work every day it’s important to be careful of what you eat. Fast food meals may seem to be a lot more convenient since it’s quick and easy on the go but are you eating what your body needs to keep you focused on the road? Below are a few tips to follow.
Number one NO, NO!!! is never to drink alcohol while driving, if you must have a drink, take water, tea, coffee or soft drink but without processed sugar. It’s important always to stay light, heavy eating is not advisable because this can make you tired and loose focus on the road.
Black coffee is good for energy. It has beneficial properties, however, too much coffee (caffeine) accelerates heart beat and increases body temperature, this is not advisable for a driver.
Vegetables and Fruits are excellent because of high mineral rates which is good for building blood flow and good eye sight. There’s nothing wrong with chewing something like bubble gum while driving, this also helps us to keep busy if we aren’t driving with someone to chat with. Try mint gums or low sugar gums.
